Woman's death at Maquoketa Caves ruled accidental OD
The death of a woman at Maquoketa Caves State Park in September has been ruled an accidental overdose of alcohol and prescription drugs. Jackson County Sheriff’s Department Deputy Russ Long said the Iowa Medical Examiner’s Office said there were no indications of foul play in the death of Stacy L. Sterrett, 40, of Harper, Iowa.
